1. Right of Withdrawal (14 Days)

In accordance with European Union consumer protection laws, customers have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving the order, without providing any reason.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day you receive your goods.

2. Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return, items must:

  • be unused and in the same condition as received

  • be in the original packaging

  • not be damaged or contaminated

Products that have been opened, used, or contaminated (including mushroom cultures and spawn) may not be eligible for return for safety and quality reasons.

3. Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (incorrect or damaged item).

4. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order via our website contact form or email, and include:

  • your order number

  • the reason for return

Do not send items back without prior confirmation.

5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

6. Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of our products, the following items may be non-returnable:

  • mushroom spawn

  • liquid cultures

  • any biological materials

This is to ensure safety, quality, and compliance with hygiene standards.

7. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, including photos of the issue.
We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

8. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund after the approved timeframe:

  • check your bank or payment provider

  • contact your credit card company

  • then contact us if the issue persists
